Stephanie Schweighofer-Jones
  – Vice President, Marketing

Stephanie Schweighofer-Jones serves as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.

 

Stephanie Schweighofer-Jones brings over 20 years of executive management experience in worldwide marketing, positioning both consumer and enterprise companies and brands during times of big change:  M & A, Start up, Turnaround, and IPO. 

 

Most recently, Stephanie has been a Senior Consultant with M Squared Consulting, engaged full time for Cisco providing strategic counsel in the areas of strategy development, positioning, change management, communications models, executive communications, visual and verbal marketing strategies, creative development and global execution.

 

Prior to Cisco, Stephanie served as Vice President of Marketing for ArrayComm, a wireless start up founded by the inventor of the cell phone.  At ArrayComm, Stephanie built and led a team to create a showcase environment for demonstrating the superior technology performance and claim a leadership position in this emerging market, achieving award-winning results (IDG Executive Forum DEMOgod). 

 

Before ArrayComm, Stephanie served at Vice President of Marketing at Borland as a member of the CEO turnaround team that returned the company to profitability within one year, while she revitalized, reorganized and streamlined her team. 

 

Prior to that, as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Logitech, Stephanie helped Logitech reposition the brand for their IPO, and distinguished the company and its products through innovative and creative marketing approaches.

 

Earlier Stephanie spent several years at Honeywell Bull in both Boston and Paris, after 10 years in advertising agencies managing brands such as Pentax, Sony. Dow Chemical, Peugeot Automobiles and others.

 

Stephanie is originally from Boston (Wellesley), lived for 18 years in Paris, has 2 daughters and is fluent in French.  She graduated from Wells College with a BA degree in French literature.
