Bill Morton manages Acesis’s Services department.
Bill’s department is responsible for customer success, and Bill works closely with customer personnel to make sure that they are well trained and supported in their use of Acesis’s products. Bill also works closely with the Acesis Engineering and Product Marketing organizations to make sure that customer input is factored into Acesis’s product development plans.
Bill has more than 20 years of executive experience in building and managing professional services, training, and customer support organizations for enterprise software companies including PeopleSoft/Vantive, Informix, Dorado, Nextance and ViewStar.
At Vantive (acquired by PeopleSoft in 2000) Bill built a CRM consulting organization from one person to 350 persons worldwide. The Vantive consulting organization delivered more than 1500 successful CRM projects over an eight year period with excellent customer satisfaction ratings from hundreds of customer organizations around the world.
At Informix, Bill built the company’s original Consulting, Training, Customer Support and Quality Assurance organizations during the period of Informix’ hyper-growth during the late 1980’s.
Bill holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT, and he also holds an MBA from the Harvard School of Business.
